Joey Lye is an Executive Coach, Olympic Bronze Medalist, and TEDx speaker who specializes in high performance consulting, speaking engagements, and workshops.
Joey played 12 years with the Canadian National Softball Team and coached 12 years (20 sport seasons) in the NCAA. Joey has also been a member of the Coaching Pool for the Canadian National Softball Team since 2022.
Joey’s recent in-person sessions have occurred for Sheldon HS Softball/CA Breeze, Whitworth University, The College of Wooster, SEDA-CoG, Niagara University, Be The Best, Little League, The Campus Theatre, Susquehanna University, St. Olaf College, Pomfret School, The Tilton School, the United States Naval Academy, and Williams College.
Joey has run webinars for WeCOACH, the Zurich Barracudas, the Oak Park Windmills, the IWLCA, The Alliance Fastpitch, the Wake Up Everybody community, and more. Joey worked virtually with Lindsey Wilson College Softball delivering a team session on “Intentional Leadership”, a session with the coaching staff, a session with the captains, and three Head Coach 1-on-1s.
