Joey Lye is an Executive Coach, Olympic Bronze Medalist, and TEDx speaker who specializes in high performance consulting, speaking engagements, and workshops.
Joey played 12 years with the Canadian National Softball Team and coached 12 years (20 sport seasons) in the NCAA. Joey has also been a member of the Coaching Pool for the Canadian National Softball Team since 2022.
Working with executives, teams, coaches, and organizations, Joey leaves a lasting impact that enhances leadership, company/team culture, and mindset.
